Items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return. These defects include:

• Incorrect tufting and weaving
• Missing knots or tufts
• Bubbling
• Loose backing
• Color bleeding without exposure to water or damage

Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be made within 2-3 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
• Certain products may be ineligible for refunds due to hygiene reasons or if stated otherwise in the product description.

Exceptions
